5 Healthy + Gluten Free Snack Ideas

Hey guys! Hope your week has been great so far.

Today I’ll be sharing a few of my favorite healthy and gluten free snack ideas! I try my best to eat healthy most of the time, but I can get bored with my snack options. Here are a few ideas that have really upped my snacking game!

Look at me using sports metaphors. Who’s not sporty now, Mom?

Anyways.

1. Fage Crossovers Greek Yogurt

This is one of my FAVORITE snacks and breakfasts ever. These come in so many different flavors, and they pack anywhere from 12-16 grams of protein. They’re a bit on the sugary side, so eat them sparingly! But they’re oh so good.

2. Organic Tortilla Chips and Pineapple Salsa

I’ve always loved chips and salsa, but this pineapple salsa from Lidl mixes things up a little bit! I also love salsa verde when I’m looking for something spicier.

3. Fresh Fruit or Veggies

This one’s kind of a given, but did I still feel the need to feature it? Ap-pear-ently so!

Moving on.

4. Gluten Free Granola

This is my current favorite granola. I love it in almond milk, on yogurt, or just as a crunchy treat!

5. Tortilla Pizza

I’ve been making tortilla pizzas for years, but I recently discovered corn tortillas and Autumn Harvest pasta sauce….I can honestly say this has changed my life for the better. Of course you can do this with a regular flour tortilla and marinara, but it won’t be as life-changing. Just trust me on this. Start out with a tortilla and add a couple of spoonfuls of sauce.

Next, add some shredded cheese. Don’t be afraid to pile it on, I won’t judge.

Now we’re going to bake it – I use my toaster oven, but a regular oven should do just fine. It takes about 5 minutes at 350ish degrees. You’ll just have to experiment to see what works best with your oven.
